Order Form

1. Download and print order form.  Fill in the date, your name and address. Since all shipments are made by UPS, you must give us a street address (not a P.O. BOX, RD #, or RR #). Please include your telephone number and times when you may be reached in case we need additional information. Also include your e-mail address if available. (Call with any questions 610-688-3998)

When ordering harness sets you must fill in all vehicle information on the order form, including options or special requirements to receive the proper harness system. Harness systems are not stocked items, but are custom assembled per your order and options. Delivery time, from the receipt of your order varies greatly depending on the production schedule of orders already received. Current production backlog is 4 – 8 weeks.

Some supplies you order may be out-of-stock, for these items we will substitute a similar item (i.e. If we’re out of 16 gauge red wire, we will substitute 14 gauge red. We will always use the next larger gauge in wire). All items, which are placed on backorder are shipped as soon as they are received from our suppliers. If you do not wish to substitute or backorder, please indicate refund on the order form. We will enclose your refund in the box with the invoice and your order.

Sales Tax & Shipping Info

ONLY PENNSYLVANIA residents must add 6% sales tax. We CANNOT ship your order without it. If you have a PA Sales Tax License put the number on the Dealer PA Tax No. line, and attach a completed copy of the PENNSYLVANIA EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE.

8. SHIPPING FEE FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.A. All shipments by U.P.S. GROUND Shipping fee depends on the order subtotal as in chart:

All shipments are insured at no extra charge.

Outside of USA

A. Fill out the order form as above except for shipping fee – all shipping costs incurred will be billed due to the varying rates for each country and rapid rate schedule changes. Payment for order SUBTOTAL must be made in U.S.A. funds by bank check and enclosed with the order form. NO C.O.D. orders will be accepted. We can also accept wire transfers. Place the order. and when the order is ready to ship we will contact you with the wire transfer information and the total cost, including shipping. After you make the transfer contact us. We go to the bank to confirm receipt and once confirmed, we will ship the package and contact you with the tracking number.

B. All shipments will be made by U.S.A. Postal Service with the appropriate customs papers. WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY FALSE DECLARATIONS ON CUSTOMS PAPERS. This is for our mutual protection from legal action by the governments involved and possible seizure of order. We will use the lowest cost Air service where we can insure the package for its full value. 

C. We must have your telephone number and call times so customs can contact you if needed.

Refund Policy

We will give a full refund (at original invoice price – shipping fee is not refundable) at anytime for any of our standard products returned unaltered. Any product that we altered extensively per customer request or any custom harness built per customer drawings may not be returned for a refund. 

Any standard product that is returned damaged, soiled, or altered (our determination) shall have the cost of repairing the product to our original specifications deducted from the original invoice price for that item.

To return a product for a refund, you must call us for shipping instructions. Include in the box with the product, a note explaining reason for return, a copy of the invoice, your telephone number and your mailing address. Returns will not be accepted if shipped C.O.D.
